Well, not sure how much this helps, but I found a part number for a stator solenoid of a TH400 listed on a Buick forum: #1993690

Also it these guys sell a kit to convert a tranny to switch pitch. Seems like they would have access the part you need since I believe its included in their kits. Prolly will need to call em.
