Wanted: '75/'76 Olds 455

Hi gang,

I'm looking for a good-running 455 for a fellow 98 owner's '75 98 Regency sedan. He and his car are located in NYC so something within a reasonable distance would be needed (NY, NJ, CT, PA preferably).

Let me know if you have one or know of any that would fit the bill.

Thank you,
John

Thanks!

I just contacted the seller with the complete motor. I know that this person wants more of a drop-in so the LI motor is out but thank you!

Good call !

I believe you're right. I am curious about how the price was decided on. $785 is a bit arbitrary, no ?

It just seemed like an odd number. Most people price in $25 increments. Anyway, it's not for me. I'm waiting to hear back from the seller before even passing this on to the owner of the 75 98.

it does sound like an odd number and does make you think something is off.i didn't mean to sound like a wise a$$.it could be a great deal, sometimes you have just have to look deeper.

Maybe it's a typo.
