Need 7040257 carb for 70 442 auto trans car. Either already restored or in restorable condition.

I know where a complete 70 442 engine is at with the 0257 still on it. I keep pestering him about it. He is supposed to give me a price but never does. He wants to sell it but just needs to give me a price. I will text him again and see if he has thought any more about it.
