Alternator Bracket Wanted 1971 Cutlass WITH A/C
This bracket mounts on the DRIVER'S SIDE.
I can find the bracket for the NON A/C vehicle everywhere.
But no luck finding this one.

Please let me know if you have one.

Sincerely,

Wrong part

Thanks for your response. However, I'm looking for an alternator bracket for a 1971 cutlass with I repeat with air-conditioning. Let me know if you have anything in that regard. Thanks

These are from a 70 A/C car and mount to the driver side. I can not remember if the 71 is the same as 70 or the same as 72? I have the newer style also if that is what you need.

From what I am seeing it looks like the 70 and 71 are the same.

The brackets Eric posted are correct for 68-72 big block, including the 68-69 400 442's w/ac.
I have no idea of the brackets for the s/b engines. I assume they are the same but
would use a smaller belt. PM sent on the H bracket Eric, thanks.

I would take an H bracket if someone had one. I was taking inventory of my project
cars and it seems I am short this bracket for the 69 400.

Adam,
If Eric doesn't have the H bracket I most likely do.

Thanks Scott, I haven't heard anything back from Eric yet.
Oh, I got the seat belt retractors the other day, thanks again.

I have not heard back from robs71 yet. If oldspackrat has one go ahead and get his. I likely have more of these but at this time it is the only one I can find.

Brackets

If you see the part you want in this picture, it is for sale.
Heck you can buy the whole lot of brackets, alternator, fan, A/C compressor and brackets, etc.
Manifolds and sway bar not included in this sale.

Sway bar for sale for $100.
