Wtb nos #5 cylinder head

Looking to purchase an nos #5 cylinder head. I purchased 1 at the nationals and of course need the other one. I don't care about the date code or if it's small or large valves. Just looking for an nos #5 cylinder head. I'm located I. St.Charles Illinois. Let me know what you have. Thank you. Tony. 224-688-5257

Not as bad as one would think. Now, if it was a w-30 head and nos. That would be a different story. I actually saw a set of nos D heads at the nationals for only $4,000

Hello,

NOS #5 head. Bought it from dealer in Illinois in the condition shown. Head is now in Texas. I did not paint it. The paint is how I got it when I was looking for one some years ago.

In box GM PN 230341 - crusty box 48yrs new. Light surface oxidation. Will wipe off with WD40/scotchbrite. Was saving it for "just in case". Soon it will be on my headstone at this rate. Make offer. I pulled it out so either you buy it or it goes on Epay.

Seriously? The #5 heads were used on all '68-'69 Oldsmobile 350 engines.

Sorry guys, am I missing something here? One guy posts an ad looking for an NOS head, another guy responds with an ad that shows one along with pictures showing a little surface rust but in NOS box. Maybe they were not able to make a deal? Just seemed like a pretty random request and then an answer. IDK

Good find indeed. If you were up here in Canada I would love to have that head for a few days.
I'm thinking about digitising one of the "better" Oldsmobile heads. #5's seem to be the best. Kicking the idea around with CNC'ing a set. See how things unfold over the winter.
