I am looking for an Oldsmobile 324 V8.

To trade, I have:
425 Disassembled: I have the forged crank shaft! Have everything except the intake.
455 Assembled (1974 block) (new oil pump, new water pump, new double roller timing chain, new valley pan gasket, 4bbl stock intake)
TH400 (BOP) that shifts great that has a new front seal, filter, and pan gasket.
Drive shaft that's correct for this th400, from a '69 Olds 98.

Must be at least in good enough shape for a rebuild. Would like something that is in better shape, i.e just a freshen up. My 324 is running ok, but can see a rebuild needed in the near future. So I want to try and find another 324 that I can begin cleaning up and rebuilding to keep the down time to a minimum.

Obviously, with this many parts and weight I'm not looking at shipping. Hoping to find someone interested in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. Or would be able/willing to meet half way from Louisville, Lexington, Indianapolis, Dayton, Columbus.
