You can get vinyl/plastic paint from almost any body supply to paint the cover. FYI the colored wheels are not the same. They are referred to as the starfire wheel and are 1 inch smaller in diameter (14 1/2) instead of the 15 1/2. Also they are technically not correct for your car even though they will fit the spline on the column. It can also make it difficult to see the gauges with the wrong size wheel. They are also a different part number and have different stitching patterns.
You can also paint the hub to match your column, just prep it good first.
If you want a complete setup brand new you can get them from Parts Place, Fusicks, Year One, OPG etc for around 325.00. If you just want the wheel, they go new for about 225.00
