WTB 64-66 Cutlass Tilt Shift lever return (tension) spring
Those springs are common to tilt wheels built by Saginaw in several years of the mid 1960’s.
Look across GM’s for tilt and/or tilt & telescoping wheels for such springs.
You can also contact the rebuilder in Florida who just might be able to help you.

Technically those springs hold the shoes that keep the wheel in a particular attitude, the tilt springs are different.
The shoes lock in a few positions. These are the springs that hold them in place. The longer springs are what hold the upper column “up”, where the driver can pull them down and let the shoes lock them in place.
