64 and 65 will not interchange just checked if you do a google search, 64 cutlass images, then 65 cutlass images, you will see why

I've been trying to find out for sure if they interchange. Some say the only difference is the Oldsmobile script across the lid. Mine is a '65 convertible.

Ok. I just got off the phone with General Motors. They say that the '64 and '65 DO interchange. Good news!

The lip is solid, edges are surface rust, heavy in places.
