wtb 455 rods

Im lookin for a set of (8) connecting rods for a 455, i tore my motor down (1st time since 71) and had a bent rod, what problems would cause a rod to get bent? Let me know what you have and a price shipped to 35453!

I have a couple sets, one set has been balanced. Both have pistons on them. I'd like $40 a set plus shipping. I guess shipping will be around $35.

I would guess if the piston started to seize in the cylinder or cylinder filled with water the rod would bend.

507 olds do you still have those connecting rods for the 455? The machine shop said I'll need some new ones.

They will need cleaned-up.They've been sitting in a box for about 2 years. The crank that these came from only needed polished,so these rods should be pretty good.
