WTB 1970 COMFORTRON Transducer and Vacuum Relay
Looking here first before I search fleabay. Seeking a 1970 98 COMFORTRON Transducer 7314213 and a Vacuum Relay 7311063. Trying to resurrect the system in my 98 LS. Right now I can only get floor and defog at 1 million degrees but if I disconnect vacuum input to the transducer I get dash and cold outside air. So trying to locate a replacement.
Thanks,
Steve

Are you sure the transducer is bad? Applying a variable voltage 0 to 12V DC you should see a corresponding change in vacuum. The several Comfortron systems I had it was usually the amplifier in the control head that was bad, which defaulted to the heat position and high blower speed.
My Comfortrons did not use the vacuum relay but IIRC by applying a vacuum it shoud close an electrical switch. Have you checked that?
Lastly, while the mounting blackets may be different, the basic operation of the transducer is the same for all GM (Cadillac, Chevy, Olds), I think Caddy also used the vacuum relay, but in different configurations.

The blower speeds change but the air is always hot. By unhooking the vacuum input to the transducer and plugging it i was able to get dash vents and the outside air door to open allowing the air to cool some. There's no freon in it but that has never happened before. I reattached the vacuum line and unplugged the 12V to the transducer and it had no affect. The air stayed hot and came out of the floor again.
