My friend has a 85 Cutlass and he called me last night saying he couldn't find a wire harness from the firewall to the grill. He said he tried the usual sources such as rockauto, summit, Jegs etc. Does anybody here have a lead on where he can purchase one thanks.

 

He needs to try G body suppliers. GBP, Mike's Montes, Dixie, Sundell, etc. Several possibilities exist in the paper monthly Hemmings Motor News. Rhode Island Wiring Service is prominent others include minnesota wirewerks, YnZ might be doing eighties stuff now. Perhaps the bigger outfits - M & H, Lectric Limited, American Autowire could do a "custom" harness, if they had wiring diagram and enough of the "chewed" harness to work with, to produce a replacement. Three sources in the Oldsmobile parts section state they are parting Olds through the eighties. Sundell, Collectors Choice Auto Parts, and LL Classics.
