Wanted - trunk lock solenoid for '86 Cutlass

As nice as this thing looks, it froze solid. After a year of getting sprayed with WD40, it moves now but tightly. The way the end is crimped, attempted disass'y may probably ruin it.
I just want another one.

I believe the ones from 1981 to 1988 RWD Cutlass, Grand prix, Regal, or Monte carlo should fit.
Email me or post a closeup picture of what you have and a price. Must have a picture to compare it with mine.

No time now to scrounge through yards here and most only have newer stuff.
I do not do ebay anymore either.

Many thanks!

I have at least one that looks like that. Does the part number have to match?

Part numbers probably changed as materials / current ratings / compatibility across models, etc changed.
Get a picture of it and let me compare.

Thanks for the pictures. Although yours is a bit blurry, the 20052845 number on mine appears to match yours. Looks pretty much the same, so i may go for it.
Does the plunger move in and out smoothly when worked with a finger and it pulls in when connecting to the battery (case to negative, wire lead to positive.) Minimal finger pressure should pull the plunger out, as a spring on the latch does this.
Please test if not done already.
Then PM me with cost and shipping amount to 75048.
Thanks!!

I've recently seen one of those at a dealer - don't remember how or why, but I believe it's still being used on GM cars!
Woudn't hurt to check!

moves easily in and out with fingers and works as you stated when connected to a battery.
