I am restoring a 1970 Cutlass and have many parts I have replaced, not sure what a hood spear is. If you could fill me in I will let you know if I have one.

I see, gottcha! Mine is a Supreme but has a W-25 hood, sorry I can't help you. Good luck finding your part!
