The bees are too active this time of day for me to dig it out. But I'm 99% sure this is a 1970. It has a yellow primer shot on it right now.

 

yeah that’s definitely something I would like on my 70. How would you be able to confirm its 1970? Also what are you asking.

 

The latch is different on the 1969 and 1970. Those are the two years with these removable grills back near the windshield. So looking at the top skin it could be either one of those. But my memory not being perfect, I'm pretty sure I got it from a friend who put the OAI on their 1970. Let me verify the condition of the underside before quoting you a price but if you could pick it up that would be great. I'm a lousy carpenter and it would need a crate built to safely ship it!
