Wanted: 1970 98 T/T Rim-Blow Steering Wheel

I know it's a long shot but I'm looking for a 1970 98 T/T Rim-blow three spoke steering wheel in blue. All the trim on mine is cracked and currently covered in a leather wrap making it difficult to blow the horn. I could probably send it to be restored but I figure what's the harm in asking if someone out there might know where to find a good one. Original part number is 9751220.

Thanks,
Steve

You have a Rim-Blow that still works after 52 years?! I wouldn't let anyone near it!

At least they can be repaired, since 69-73 Mustangs used them and the Mustang guys figured out how to do it years ago.

It actually works all the way around, just the chrome strip is cracked and falls out if I take the steering wheel wrap off.

Try Gary's Steering Wheel Restoration in Carlisle PA. He's restored wheels for several here on CO. Think he did the wheel on Joe P's 67 88. Now, whether he can fix the broken inlay AND the rim-blow, I don't know.

Glenn, who does them? I found a guy in hemmings that advertised for the mustangs figuring its the same and he wouldnt touch a gm. Id love to find a source. My 70 Toros still works like new but its only got 42k on the clock. Id like to have a spare.
