W/Z Exhaust manifolds

W/Z Exhaust manifolds

I removed my exhaust manifolds and noticed in the center of the middle ports there is a divder and they both have a crack on the top, is that normal or should I replace them?

I wouldn't say normal but it's common. If the crack is only in the divider and not through the exterior I wouldn't replace them. I would just run them and if the day comes that you hear and exhaust leak then consider replacing them. I knew a guy who used an epoxy to patch a crack on the exterior of a "Z" manifold and it held for a very long time. My 2 cents, John

Just pulled mine off today to install the new headers. They have the same hairline crack in the center dividers as well.
