Why am I thinking a 1970 would not have that? I have owned a few 1970's and don't recall ever having one. Is your car a California car?

Pat - Yes, it's a California car with the canister and the Pressure Vacuum gas cap, etc.

Thanks! Let me know. I got the taillight housings redone and installed with my new bumper this week - everything looks fantastic
