Do you have a picture of what it looks like or a part number?

The factory part number of this part is 9835200 .
Oldsmobile called it an "emblem and escouchen"
My research indicates it fits 1971 through 1974 Delta 88 ROYALE models. (not the regular Delta 88)
Hope this helps , good luck with your search.

thank you for the links, but I still continue to be not allowsed to enter their site, anyway Jay has answered to my yesterday e-mail, and said that they have not a new one, he could search for a used one but he's not sure in better conditions then mine. I will show the car to the body shop man that restored the car to see if they are able to repair the one damaged if I do not find another in good conditions

If you can't find the correct 1973 piece, and don't mind a little extra flash and color, use one from a 1977-85 Delta Royale. It will have a red background with "Royale" script and looks great on these cars. Attaching points are the same. Drill out the existing rivets and reattach using new pop rivets.

The original piece, as you see, is bad to crack and craze.
