trans inspection cover

trans inspection cover

need a trans inspection cover in good shape for my 70 442, turbo 400.

Is it the same size as the one for the TH350?

Yes they are the same size. I'm not sure if 1970 was still made of stamped steel or they had gone to plastic by then. Either one would fit, but if you want it to be the correct one for the year Charlie then we'll need someone to confirm what year the switch was made. John

i thought they switched to a plastic one in 70. i could be wronge though. i will throw a post into the general question area to confirm.
