Toronado Engine / Short block

Is there any way to get a Toronado 425 rebuilt short block or long block. I am thinking my next project is to get the engine rebuilt. What would be the most cost efficient way to do this? Taking the car to a shop is expensive. So thinking of taking manifold and heads off. Then block out. At this point I can either take it to a shop, or put another short block straight in. I will take all the stuff out. Saves me on labor that way, but I would rather not mess with the engine itself

I have a 425 that was rebuilt and has been sitting in my shop for a while and another 425 that would need to be rebuilt. The first one is a 66 and the one that needs to be rebuilt is a 67. I am I Hillsborough NC.
