Hi all, I am still looking for the center cap OR a complete steering wheel that fits the 1965 or 1966 tilt and telescopic steering column. Please see the pictures below and the left picture attached by copper128. The center cap Ed Burke speaks of below does not fit the telescopic column I have.

Sure is, Don. Option N37 at a cost of $78.99, included the tilt/tele column and "special steering wheel".

Thanks for the reply. My research is telling me that the Tornado center button and horn are a different configuration from the 88, 98, Starfires and that was confusing me. So, I need to find the non Tornado center cap.

I've seen both a black background with OLDSMOBILE arched over the rocket emblem and a silver background with just the rocket and no name. I'm not sure which is correct, but from the raised ribs on the bezel, I'd say yours had the silver one.

I have a very nice center cap for your car came off a 65 Starfire. If interested send me a email pt #s on it 386293. It is the one with the black back ground.
