Starter wire harness 65 442
I asked OPGI about the starter harness and told them from starter to junction terminal and they sent me the whole wire harness but the one I needed. Does anybody have a real good new or used harness to sell. starter to junction on fender well. I think 64-66 are the same.

With a bit of work, you can make one too.
One reason why is you could substitute the thicker 1 gauge wire in place of 2 gauge wire to reduce resistance to the starter. Same goes for the battery cables.
