I need a nice set of Black Seat Belts for my 66 442. I would like to have the retractors for the fronts, but it's not a deal breaker. I need both fronts and backs, with bolts if possible. Has anyone had any luck dyeing other colors to black? If they take dye well, I could use another color it they are nice ones.

They don't dye very well but they can be cleaned

Hello: I have a nice used set of two lap belts with their working retractors from a 66 Cutlass. They have not been dyed. There is a slight crack in the top of the driver side retractor from use. They have been off road for years in my garage. I will include photos. I can provide references. I have another photo that didn't fit the 5 limit and can take more if needed. I have the bolts but only two belt pairs for the front seat. Regards.
