Seat Belt retractor and parking release
I am in need of a Seat Belt retractor mechanism and parking release handle,for a 1970 Cutlass.

I have the parking release handle. Do you need the whole assembly that it is attached to with the foot pedal, bracket, gears, etc... or just the handle itself?
