I have nearly finished my Olds rebuild, only one thing is missing. I bought my Olds with a busted rear windshield wich was purposely tinted from the preowner so it would still keep the rear window sealed instead of having it open.
But to get it street legal alegali will have a rear Windshield installed. Does anyone know wher i could get one and is it the same as the Cutlass Windshield since i dindt find anything on the net for a 98 from 1969.
Should be the same as a '70 98 and possibly 69-70 Delta 88. Someone please chime in...does it have to be from a 4 door hardtop? Will a sedan with a pillar between the doors work or a coupe?
Unfortunatly i have still the same problem, doesnt anyone know where i could search for one or might know wich window i could use as a replacement?
Tanks in advance
Moving this to Parts Wanted, where you might get a better response. 1969-70 Olds Ninety Eight Holiday Coupe or Holiday Sedan (2dr hardtop or 4dr hardtop) are the ONLY sources of a replacement rear window. NOTHING ELSE interchanges. Use Google Images and you'll see that Cutlass isn't even close. Similarly, Delta 88 isn't close either. The roofs are completely different. Note that there are three versions, clear, factory tinted, and factory tinted with electric defogger grid. Good used is almost certainly your only option for this.
