These parts are repro'd now. Check your favorite patch panel vendor.

That's what I had planned to use but was recently advised by a well respected restorer of 442's that they are junk and not useable. Have you or anyone else tried them? I'm open to second opinions.

Yeah, the Chinesum aftermarket panels are all thinner than OEM and usually are, ah, "fitment challenged". If you can find an original panel, it will be a better product.

I would suggest then using as little of the chinesium piece a required to get your rust fixed. One notch better? than just making the patch from sheet stock.

My convert will need that piece, I think I saved ONE good section off a parts car for it.

I couldn't tell you. Possibly nothing. If so then I'm open to those years as well. Even if something is slightly different as long as it fits good I'm OK with that. This is going in a race car so originality isn't of the highest concern. I just want everything rust free.

This one is beyond patching. After having the body media blasted it pretty much looks like lace.

I've had them in the past, but at this time the only extra one I've got is from a 1971 4 door. I know the glass is slightly different shaped so I'm not positive this will fit. But if you could make this one work I can get some photos for you. John

I have one coming in next week and I take them off the spot welds so you have all the seams.
