Recomendations
Any recommendations on where to buy new window cranks, door sill plates and rear armrest ashtrays for 1971 Cutlass Supreme? I’m looking for something as close to original as possible. I have read some reviews on some sights about poor quality parts so I am just wondering what others have used in the past. Thanks in advance.

You can find some NOS window cranks and ashtrays on this site - pricey.

You might consider Ames Performance Engineering as a "one stop" source on these parts.....mainly b/c they sell a higher quality window crank that is supposed to fit/function better than the el cheapo versions many other places sell.
Ames is a Pontiac repro parts vendor and they "rate" most of the parts they sell in terms of looks, quality, etc. Does that mean everything they sell is "perfect"? No....but the rating system does seem to differentiate many of their parts offerings from each other (they do sell some "lesser" stuff but it's rated as such). Most other vendors don't provide this rating "system" so some parts can be a "shot in the dark".
>Window cranks: They still sell their higher quality cranks F184KD ($15 each vs. the cheaper ones at $6 each)
>Rear ashtrays: Hardtops and converts are a different PN....71 hardtop would be Ames #A258
>Door Sill Plates: F242D appears to be the higher quality version w/the riveted-on Fisher Body emblem like the originals.
I don't work for Ames (or any other vendor) but have years of experience dealing with many of these reproduction parts.
