Rear seat, back and bottom.

I am looking for the whole back seat assembly (back rest and seat bottom) the seat frame and leather are in rough shap and need to be replaced..
My question is, is there a place i can buy a new seat or do i have to find a way to fix my old one, i have looked and tried to find one but have been unlucky so far, some help here will be much appreciated.

I don't know of anyone making repop. But if your frame is bad you can get a replacement used one and have it rebuilt with new foam, covers and if needed replace some of the springs. I'd encourage you to create a parts wanted thread, post the year/model of your car, and your location. If you don't want to be too specific on your location maybe the nearest big city. There's lots of member here with spare parts and if you can find something close by it will save you on shipping. John

68-72 GM a-body seat frames are all the same so also scan your local craigslist or other online swap sites you may know of for chevelle, skylark, lemans seats. when posting a want-ad be sure to list whether you have a coupe or convertible, as the rear seats are different widths between the 2 models.

thank you both for the tips on what to look for, I did not know that all A-bodys had the same back seat so that will help widen up my search.

Rear seat, back and bottom.

I have a very nice black bench seat interior from a '71 Supreme HARDTOP; both seats, door panels, rear trim panels, kick panels and carpet. Email direct: drolds1@bellsouth.net. Thanks, Bob.

There are three rear seat widths. The longest one is for the Post cars with no rear armrests. The middle one is a coupe and a convertible has the narrowest set of seats. I have one set of post rear seats and several sets of coupe rear seats here in Indianapolis and can ship if need be.

Sorry that was bad wording, is the bench seat you have a back seat, and what kind of shap is it in, and how much are you looking to get for it
