Have you checked to see if the Nova bumper is the same? I would think that Chev bumper would be easy to find or maybe reproduced...

All 75-79 GM X body rear bumpers interchange.

Buick Appollo/Skylark
Chevy Nova
Olds Omega

I have 3 or 4 of them $75 to $100 each if you are close to Austin, Tx. No shipping local pickup only.

Right, there were only 2 basic bumpers, one pierced for the rubber strip, one not. The various chrome bumper guards/rubber "bumperettes" were only used on the pierced bar.

If an exact replacement isn't important, any one will bolt on. Also, If you unbolt the reinforcement from the chrome face bar, it's really pretty lightweight for shipping.

Im not really concerned about an original omega bumper. Thanks for the ebay link. I actually seen a few on ebay but majority are local pickup only. My eyes are open for all x body bumpers now.

Most of the bumpers I have seen thus far are in the range of $125-$200 for used. As far as the price I would pay, it depends on quality of bumper and location. New ones are going for $330-$375.

It is hard for us to steer you to a local deal when you did not fill out your profile with your location.
