Radiator needed

I am looking for a 1971 Cutlass/442 "SS" coded 3 core radiator. I only need the passenger side tank that is coded CF, but will buy complete radiator. I am looking for a specific date code of "M" or "A" with "A" being preferred. The date code is the smaller embossed letter between the C G embossed letters as shown in picture. I need a CF tank, not CG. This radiator was installed in a lot of 1971 Cutlass models with Air Cond. PM me with what you have.

Thanks for your help,
Don W

WTony,
I could not see the codes on the radiator pictured. Does your radiator have the CF code on the passenger side tank along with an M or A date code as described in my post?

Thanks,
Don W

Sorry there is no markings on the passengers side tank. It was probably changed at some point.

Unfortunately, I only save the GM truck and Cadillac 4 row radiators.

Oldsmobiles' always seemed to have radiators 1 or 2 steps below what they should have had.

I may have what you need. I'll have to check what's stamped into the tank, but the small tag has AE in it, then the drivers side tank has IA stamped into it.

John,
Let me know what you find. I need a CF passenger side tank, or a complete SS coded radiator. A or M date code. This radiator came in a lot of the Cutlass models in 71. I think they are fairly plentiful but people overlook them because they are 3 row radiators. The codes are easy to see even if the radiator is still in the car.

TTT

Its the weekend, check your stash of radiators or parts cars. Common radiator in most 71 Cutlass models with air. Pop the hood and look at passenger side tank. The codes are easy to see. See first post for pictures.

Thanks

Sorry Don, the date code on mine turned out to be an H. Otherwise it's a complete SS radiator.
