Power antenna (whole shebang I think) + speakers

One of the previous owners, for whatever reason, replaced the power mast and all its hardware with one of those 1970s-style "ball" mount antennas, the kind most often seen on the haunches of Jeep CJ7s (though THANK GOD it's not the entire "whip"-style).
It doesn't function--in any sense of the term--properly, is wobbly and gets in the way of car washing/snow removal.
I am still in the process of figuring out what years apply to my wagon. The style first appeared in 1977/78 and the last Custom Cruiser wagon like mine left the factory the year after mine, in 1990. There are 88s, 98s, Deltas, etc., like it too, plus Buicks, Chevys and Pontiacs, etc.
SO, hopefully YOU know what would work on my car, as I'm pretty much in the dark.
The interweb recommends an ACDelco "88891022", which is long-discontinued:

Similarly, I have no sound coming from my right-front (dashtop) and left-rear (wagon/hatch "D-pillar") speakers. Anywhere I can get replacements cheap? Sitting in my Michigan driveway waiting for her to warm up sucks a little more without proper tune-age...
