John, looks like the dimensions are, and it is in the car, so give or take;
24" wide
18 3/4" high to pedestal where it bolts
Diameter 21"
Weird thing is, the shroud doesn't cover the whole rad on the drivers side? Few inches short......

Shoot me direct at dead@mchsi.com. I have a shroud from a 68 Delmont 88 with a 455 2 barrel. Pat
Seems to be 1 year only('67) part....
This shroud seems to be a 1 year only part. The part # is 394297. Parts book shows C.A.C. , A.I.R. or HD cooling exc F85 and Toro. What does CAC and AIR mean?....so my search continues....
I'd try Howard's garage. They had a 67 98 they were parting out over the summer.

CAC is "Car Air Conditioning" also known typically as option C60
A.I.R. is the Air Injection Reaction or "smog pump" that in that era typically means California issue cars. Pumps air into the exhaust. I forget the production code, perhaps K19?
Learning to speak GM parts language is not so easy. They use a lot of TLA's.
Driveshaft? Nope, that's a propeller shaft.
Dipstick? Nope, that's an Indicator, oil level.
