I have a related question. Where can you buy the weatherstrip that fits inside this channel? Is this piece typically included with the kits you can buy? Thanks!

cdrod - the A-pillar w/strips are probably made by all the "usual suspects" (ie - Metro, Soffseal and Steele Rubber) since they are the same for so many different GM converts of the era (Chevy, Buick and Pontiac along w/Olds).

I don't know if they come with a typical "convertible w/strip kit" or not....probably not since they really aren't part of the convertible top frame.

Should be sold by vendors in pairs....pick your vendor and also check Rock Auto. For example, Ames Performance offers these as a pair for $59 (and their kit listing for their "Convertible Top Weatherstrip Sets" indicates that the kits DO NOT include the pillar post w/strips. Fusick shows similar pricing at $59.50/pair.

Thanks for the info, I haven't seen this part listed in the catalogs I have. I'll check with Ames.

I'm in the market if you still have those available!
