parts for 1970 442

I'm looking for.....

correct large ear/tab rad cap (are these things date coded? IDK)

windshield washer bottle ( I have a brand new repro if someone wants to trade a worn but useable original)

I also need the "Z" exhaust manifold. One of the previous owners put the "W" manifold from his 66(?) W-30 on this car. If you're a reseller and want this one for trade, then I wouldn't be stuck with this piece.

PM if you have anything. Thanks

The manifolds are W/Z. If that's what you have then you have the correct ones.

I have W/W. The passenger side is incorrect.

Oh I get it. They switched sides with the "W" mark. I couldn't figure that out for the life of me.

Yeah, I have one correct one. And one from a 66 W-30. If there is a reseller here, I'll trade the 66 for a correct 70. If it's a fair trade. I'm not sure what is going for what these days.

Check around on the rad caps....the correct repro may be out there. Check places like CARS (see link below) and Ames Pontiac.

scroll down to page 20..you'll see caps.

Ordered a A/C Delco cap from Rockauto last year and got the original looking for $4.95. Not made in US though.

Do the originals have any date/time stamps underneath or any markings that are not on the originals?

$4.95! How is it working out for you? Aside from where it's made, does it feel cheap?
