Probably what you want is a common Vacuum gauge marked with the various stages of vacuum during the engine run cycle. The more vacuum the engine pulls means better economy, the less means more power is being made. Should be able to find one of these at most auto parts and accessory store. I don't recall one made specifically for your year Olds.

I'm familiar with some of the Economizer gauges GM used back in the mid 70's. I seem to remember the full size Olds had a smaller rectangular dash gauge?

If he's talking about something for his '76 Custom Cruiser, I think he wants one of these. His possible sources are '74 through '76 Delta 88 and 98, or '74 through '78 Toronado. You need to contact bigdooly on this site. He's parting out several mid-70s Delta 88s, and it's possible that he'll have one with this gauge, which was an option on these cars.

Jaunty has it right! The old mans 76 ninety eight regency company car had one of those on it.

Thanks Jaunty for the help! Although I would need a different speedo unit as well with the square hole unless I cut up mine.

Bigdooly can probably sell you the required speedometer plate from the same car he takes the gauge off of.
