I've got a bunch of A-6 compressors; some are cores. What is an oil transfer tube? Have a pic?

As far a the tube, it is located inside the compressor. After removing the rear head and the pump and reed plate, it is the pencil size copper tube that goes from the cylinder body into the oil sump that is part of the outer case. I think it is maybe 1 to 1 1/2 inches long, but only about 1/4 inch is visible till it is completely pulled out of the assembly. I don't have any better description because I haven't got mine out yet. From what I can tell, it may be a bit of a pain to pull out.
Thanks for your reply
Jerry

I could probably ship you a core in a USPS Large Flat Rate box and you could have the "pleasure" of extricating it yourself . Let me know. Thanks, Bob.

Jerry, I have a good functioning A6 I took from my 70. It's yours for the asking if you care to drive to Gilbert to pick it up.

Bob, Thanks for the offer, but I'll pass, Shipping an A6 to Tucson, Az would be more than it's worth
Harold, I may take you up on your offer, but I'll let you know tomorrow. I want to see if a local AC shop can get the tube out of mine and then finish tearing my A6 down and see it's condition.
I do appreciate your offer.
Jerry

Guys I appreciate your offers for a A6 compressor, but I was finally able to get the transfer oil tube out of my compressor and was able to purchase a new tube , so it looks like I'll be able to reseal my compressor. Hopefully I wont run into any more problems.
Thanks for your offers
Jerry
