I've suggested this company in the past in other threads but people would make other suggestions to whoever was asking to go elsewhere. They had the upper and lower ball joints and the control arm bushings for my 1961 that I just had done last month. I sent the old ball joints back because they rebuild them. I've been to their store a couple of times and was blown away by what I saw. It's like an old fashioned hardware store with the glass display cases out front and all kinds of parts hanging off the walls. This last time the woman working there gave me the 5 cent tour. They have thousands of square feet of row upon row of racks filled with car parts that she said dating back to the early days of automotive. She said they have a couple of other warehouses and trailers too filled up. It's all USA made parts. I forgot to ask what is the newest years they have. She showed me starters, generators, ignition related parts, wheel drums, bearings, pressure plates, coils, shock absorbers (they rebuild them), motor mounts (they rebuild), transmission mounts (they rebuild), u-joints, fuel pumps and kits (that they make and will rebuild). I saw hubcaps from some 40's cars, front grill to some 30's. What I listed was just in the store area.
Here's the problem. She said they had about 10-12 workers before covid and now they are down to only the owner (he's in his 70's) and this lady I met (she's in her 60's). And she said they can't get any help. Something is messed up with their web site and they haven't been able to get that fixed and because of how busy she is filling orders that she only answers the phone on Mondays and Thursdays.
The company is "Then and Now Automotive" https://www.then-now-auto.com/contact-us/
