Hey guys I'm looking for a particular part for my 64 Jetstar 88. The cam or turn signal cancel switch on mine somehow broke into 3 pieces and i can not find a donor car to save my life. Not sure if it would be easier to just replace the whole steering column with a universal one. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys.

 

Any 64 Big car should have that part. Possibly other years. I do have a '64 J88 for parts, it'd take a bit of driving and effort to extract that item though. If you can't get a nice new one maybe that would work. If you can read the teensy #'s off your pieces, try a google search. It'll be group 2.896 in case that helps. My pdf PN Manual only lists back to 1968. If it's not the SWITCH but the horn contact ring and cancel cam, that's a fairly easy task. Leave the column in place.
