That wheel is off a 83 or 84 H/O. They had the silver center and the red line around the wheel. Same wheels as the 85 to 87 442 otherwise.
Yes, the wheels are off my 83 H/O, currently on my 72 442 (I added the 442 sticker on the centercap) having a set widened from 15x7 to 15x10 and need a really nice pair to begin with.

Sort of. The 83/84 wheels had a clear coat on them which was not applied to the 85-87 wheels. Sometimes, the clear would peel, chip, fog, and get removed because it eventually looked like ***. Some other wheels kept their luster. I guess it was hit or miss. It's not uncommon for H/O owners to strip their wheels if the clear coat started going south. But yeah, since the base chrome wheel itself is the same, you can paint and tape a 15 x 7 H/O or 442 wheel to go with whichever version you wish.
Many 442 owners restore the thinly applied, and often chemically and sun-damaged gold inlays using Dupont B8327, GM code 53, aka WA7725, Camel metallic paint for the inlay (Duplicolor 294, but I believe it's now discontinued). Comes out just a hair darker than original GM, but shades varied anyway. Nobody's ever been dinked for it to my knowledge. The H/O used Argent Silver, Dupont D8236.
3/16" wide rim tape would be 3M gold #70503 for the 442, and 3M tomato red #70576 for the H/O as close matches. Don't know if these ever got discontinued.
Here's an NOS 442 wheel (left) next to a "restored" 442 wheel I did many moons ago with Duplicolor 294 and gold 3M tape. Only when next to each other would anyone see the difference.
