The PO ripped out the headliner because it was moldy from a long storage and neglected to remove the steel bows from the headliner and the clips. So I am in need of the bows and the clips to install a new headliner in a 2 dr holiday coupe. If anyone can refer me to a suitable substitute I would also appreciate any info on interchange headliner bows. Thanks

 

According to these guys, http://www.stockinteriors.com/bowhea...21&ModelId=330 the 2 and 4 door headliners will interchange and they have a universal bow and clip set. If you want real '55 stuff I have a couple of 4 doors that might still have this in it, or maybe you can find a donor in your area.

 

Thank you very much. If I can't locate a local donor I'll certainly contact you. The 2 door has a dome light in the middle. Are the 4 doors having the dome light in the same location? Other than length and height I would think bow position would be the only issue.
