Hi, someone cut out the structure out from under the louvers of my 67 442 and I'd like to put it back. It bums me out when I see the louvers bounce driving down the road. When it rains the water collects in the pad under the hood and can also just dump water on the engine.
The donor hood could be from a 67 Cutlass or a 442, I'd rather not cut apart a good 442 hood.
Please let me know what you have.
BTW I'm in the northeastern USA

Koda, what shape is the hood in? I don't want to trash the hood just for the structure I need to make my hood complete. BTW, I'm in Connecticut.

It is a badly painted, minor surface rust, Cutlass hood. I was going to use it for paint practice for my 442 restoration.

 

Have to che k but I think I have one Central NJ.. free.
