You should start a new parts wanted thread, that way it doesn't get lost in an old one.

64 B car rear bumper is not an easy find and if you can find a good core for $500 or less grab it. My guess is it will be more. They are bad about rusting out where the brackets attach to the bumper bar. But I guess you've already discovered that!
