Looking for a 4 or 3 core radiator for a 70 W30 4 speed car with letters CI and IF on tanks. If you only have tanks I will take them. Let me know what you have.

Chris, did the 4 speed radiator in 1970 not have the auto transmission cooler, or did it have the cooler with plugs in it?

they had the plugs in them. Do you have something.

 

Yes I do. I'd been collecting parts for a project I was chasing, but it looks like its never going to come together. The radiator is in the rafters of my garage but will be the weekend before I can get it down. Its missing the tags but I just verified it has the CI and IF tanks. John

Chris, I had talked with a guy who has a 1970 W30. I first time I saw it was maybe 18 years ago. But by the time he decided to sell it the rust became really bad, both quarters and the trunk needed major work. In addition his asking price and what I was comfortable paying was too far apart. I do have some other items I'd picked up hoping to use on it, but most of those items are in boxes stashed pretty deep in the shop. I can think of a couple items, but not sure exactly what I have right now. I also have a 1970 442 4 speed project car so the parts that are not W30 specific I may want to use on the 442. But we can talk some more in the coming days. John
