Hi Steve
I believe there's more than one three groove crank pulley. If you could find the numbers stamped into the other pulleys Chris (Octania) has created a spread sheet showing which pulleys go together in a set. This would be the best way for you to find one that will match the rest of them. If you don't get a matched set there's a chance that the belts will not line up right. That can lead to throwing a belt or premature failure of a belt. John

I have some three-groove crank pulleys, but there are a few different offsets, and you need to line something up with your existing water pump pulley and water pump length.Do you know what water pump you have? Maybe you could measure the distance from the mounting face of the crank pulley,to the center of the 1st groove. That would help determine the offset.

oh lord, here we go again. A 6" water pump would be 1973-newer with ac water pump. So that's wrong already. To make everything work with that 6" pump, you will need KS 3 groove crank pulley, KE 3 groove water pump pulley, and a KA 2 groove power steering pump pulley.

What water pump and steering pulley are you currently running?

I bought this system from mondell a couple years ago Because I was having problems with the pulleys not lining up its a long story,I changed the whole front w/this kit A/c p/s alt/water pump so I hope to get a pulley to fit and maybe have to shim it to line up ,Steve

Happens all the time on here. I am unsure what offset you need as 507olds pointed out.

Measure from the rear of the crank pulley, to the middle of your current grooves, and one of us will dig one up for you, or at least help you determine which one you will need to work with that sparkly mondo set. I checked out your album pics. LOOKS GOOD!

1+7/8" to center of 2nd groove stock would be a KC crank pulley. Those are 7+3/8" wide in stock form though. Might not fit if your water pulley is bigger than the stock 6" water pulley.

I have 3 of them here, but they all have some sort of damage. Good enough for a regular ol cruiser, but not a perfect candidate for as nice a job as you are doing on your engine. Maybe someone else on here will have a nicer one.
