After installing my pulleys, fan and radiator, I realized finally that the fan shroud I have does not work and cannot be modified to work. I need a fan shroud for a Cutlass with an Olds V8. I am hoping the those swapping to LS will have one hanging around. Take it easy on the price because mine is for function not restoration. If the price is too high, there are electric fans that will also work, but I wanted the fan clutch. Two steps forward and one step back still! What was a fun project has become a grind! I am not sure I will make it to the finish on this one. It looks like another year before it will be on the road!

I may have one off an Olds 1979 260, I will look. Scrappie's photo'd one above is looking good, it's got the chevy 305 sticker on it.

 

That's from a 1987 442. But basically any 81-88 A/G Olds V8 application. It should work just fine should he choose to get it from you.

 

Oh, and make sure to get a matching Olds top plate for the radiator hold down. It may not bolt up to other makes' hold down bolt holes on the top.
