Missing part 64-65

Missing the part just above the steering column and below the dash pad on a 64-65 Cutlass. I looked everywhere for the part any color as i'll paint it black. Here are the pics...

bracket is tight. other than the gap is acceptable for the factory. 64 also has gap. the piece for the 64 is there because it is cut out behind, for whatever reason. I have a 64, 65, 66 and 67 dash pads,64 has cut out 65 is covered 66' 67 have thicker padding and no cutout. cant get pics to load to show.if its tight to the pad it might squeak

Noticed your tach bracket and band clamp. The slot on the bracket is for the band clamp to slide through, not go over the top.
