Not sure what this piece is called. Its the single piece of plastic that goes all the way accross the lower part of the dash at about knee-cap level. It has a/c vents. I need a black one for a 72 cutlass/442 that is in good shape.

I am not sure, but I believe the 70 and 71 piece is the same as the 72 and should fit.

I don't have a spare black one anymore, but I believe this is the part your needing, correct? Its very common for the tab on the far left between the column and wiper switch to be broken off. Also, they all came in black plastic and were painted to match whatever color the interior was going to be. John

I have a black one that is as close to NOS as you can get.The chrome on the vent wheels is perfect,and the plastic is not drilled cracked,or damaged anywhere.$90.00 shipped to your door.
