I have a 1965 88 Starjet convertible that the 330 needs to be rebuilt. After seeing what it would cost to rebuild this and the the trans,I thought I would ask around to see if someone has a reasonably priced engine for sale.
this car is going to be a dailey driver and i would like to make the engine have a little attitude. I thought I had one found when Coppercutlass offered up the shortblock he has but it looks like someone stepped over me on that one. Please send me a PM with details of what you have,what you would take for it and whereabouts that you are located. I have a customer who transports cars and maybe i could get him to pick up a part if he is already going in that direction. It may take a little while to get picked up but i would make a good deposit or pay for it in full if you are a somewhat longtime member ( even tho I am not) I own a shop called JB Customs in Jackson,Michigan (jbcustoms.com) This car is going to be just for me. It would be grat to put one together just for me.
