Living here in Calif. you would think they were everywhere but no more. I sold everyone I had. its just a hole in the air cleaner snorkel. If I see one o will post it to you. Good luck...

Yes, the 405130 is a rare part, being for stick shift only and being made of a deteriorating material. I've not seen one in person.

If you wanted the equivalent part for an automatic trans Olds, they are made of metal and are much more available. I've got three of those.
